Bulk-email, Telephonic Round of interview, scheduling Interviews and coordination with the candidates.
Proper Coordination with Candidate & Department Head accordingly.
Handle Walk-in, Employee Referral & Head-Hunting to fill Urgent Position.
Responsible for preparing candidates CTC Structure, Offer-Letter, Appointment Letter, Confirmation Letter, Increment Letter, Promotion Letter etc.
